To ensure your preferred times, appointments are recommended. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment or would like to reschedule. Of course, walk-ins are always welcome. We would like you to think of Element as your own relaxation zone where peace, subtle music and soft conversation reign. To ensure that your relaxation, and that of others, is not disturbed, we request that cellular phones are silent/vibrate during your visit.
